Steve Real
Born in El Paso, Texas, where he began singing at the age of four. His parents, George and Gloria Real decided to help him after he surprised them with his own rendition of Glenn Campbell's "Rhinestone Cowboy." By the age of seven he recorded his first English record in Las Vegas.

Throughout the next several years he performed in several spanish television shows and recorded his first Tejano single. Appearances in several beauty pageants ensued finally landing him in California on "Jr. Star Search" and "Gimme a Break" with Nel Carter.

After completing school, Steve embarked on his vocal coaching career, where he taught under famous LA vocal instructor Seth Riggs. Since 1992 he has been singing with country artist/songwriter Clint Black, working on both his records and tours. Clint and Steve sing all of the background vocals together to create the full, rich sound on Clint's recordings, dating as far back as The Hard Way CD.

Steve’s A-list clientele includes Stevie Nicks, Olivia Newton-John, Keith Urban, Wynnona Judd, Billy Huffsy and Fleetwood Mac.
